This is Biff. He was born with a natural talent for swimming. Which is great because he is a whale. His cousin Bart was not so lucky. He was stuck wearing water wings and a nose plug until he was an adult.
Biff is an Ornament. He can best be used as a decoration on a tree but would be great as a gift topper or decoration on a wreath!
He is made of medium blue felt and dark blue felt freckles. He is fully hand stitched. He has a satin ribbon securely stitched so he can hang. He is 3.5" inches long.
