Kombucha is a probiotic-rich fermented sweet tea that you can easily make at home with this kit! Everything required for your first batch is included:
1/2 gallon glass fermentation jar, SCOBY, cane sugar, premium green tea, cloth cover and band. The equipment and SCOBY are reusable and all you need to make endless amounts of kombucha is more tea, sugar and water. Mix it up by adding fruit and flowers after fermentation, the possibilities are endless when you make it yourself!
